Property research in King County

Are you looking for more information on your home or property? King County provides a number of resources for property research.

King County's Property Research Resources

The King County Parcel Viewer is a great place to start. Search by address or parcel number to access the Property Report. This will include details such as the year built, and legal description.

King County's Property Viewer

Within the Property Report, there is a section entitled "Property Detail". This section will show a field for Quarter-Section-Township-Range. This will help locate your property on historic maps and land surveys.
