About the Event
Join past Redmond Poet Laureate Rebecca Meredith in a writing workshop based on the 10x10 Project, a series of poems written in response to photographs of historic Redmond. In this workshop we will discuss ekphrastic poetry, work written in response to a work of art. We will use the techniques learned to write our own responses to the photos, and to refine our work.
The workshop will be followed by a reading by the Centennial Poets and an open mic reading of workshop participants. The reading portion may be livestreamed on Facebook.
This workshop is free, but space is limited! Please register to reserve your spot.
